ARE YOU DOG FRIENDLY?
Yes, we love your fur babies. Well-behaved dogs can join the tours and are welcome in our visitor centre.
IS THE DISTILLERY ACCESSIBLE TO WHEELCHAIRS?
The reception area, Lower Stillhouse, Warehouse and Gift Shop and Visitor Area are all accessible. We have accessible toilets. The upper stillhouse is not accessible for wheelchair users or Mobility scooters. If you have specific needs, then please do contact us.
ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED ON TOURS?
Children are welcome. Please be aware that this is a working distillery, so care must be taken in certain areas.
We can accept walk -ins, however, we strongly advise booking in advance to avoid disappointment if we are already fully booked.
ARE BOOKINGS ESSENTIAL?
We do accept large groups and coach parties (max 55 for any one tour) We also offer discounted prices for large groups. If you have specific needs, then please do contact us.
