The Craft Behind the Whisky
This Single Malt is a product of passion and precision, combining the finest Scottish Lowland barley, pure artesian spring water, and traditional methods of production. Our artesian spring well, sourced from deep beneath the distillery, provides the purest water, enhancing the whisky’s smooth character and helping to shape its distinct flavour profile.
A significant part of our heritage is the use of ex-Caperdonich stills and mash tun, which have been integral to crafting exceptional spirits for generations. These historic tools, now part of Falkirk Distillery, lend a unique and unparalleled character to our whisky, ensuring every drop is infused with the spirit of tradition and innovation.
The whisky has been aged in a combination of Oloroso sherry hogshead and First Fill Heaven Hill American Bourbon casks, allowing the rich, fruity notes of the sherry to harmonize with the smooth, refined character imparted by the bourbon wood.
